Collaborators

I worked with two other graduate students in Instructional Systems Technology on this project. We received feedback on deliverables from a faculty advisor. I led the interviewing process of ACUI employees, and the resulting content analysis of interview and focus group data (qualitative data). Additionally, I helped design the slide and survey result templates.

Challenges

We assessed the current gaps in supervisor-led employee onboarding at ACUI based on a literature and document review, as well as survey, interview, and focus-group data.

Solutions

We developed a comprehensive report for stakeholders at ACUI, which includes key findings from our numerous data collection methods and actionable recommendations based on those findings. We also provided a final presentation which summarized the report and allowed ACUI Leadership to ask follow-up questions.
