Needs Analysis on Improving Employee Onboarding at ACUI
Project Description
Along with two other graduate students in Instructional Systems Technology, we assessed the current gaps in supervisor-led employee onboarding at ACUI and recommended options that would help ACUI employees perform their job roles to meet organizational goals.
My Role
- Led the interviewing process of ACUI employees
- Led the Content Analysis of interview and focus group data
- Designed slide and survey result templates
